Return Policy

Merchandise purchased from Copstop.com is returnable subject to the following conditions:

1. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase date.
2. Returned products must be in new/unused condition and must be in the original packaging.
3. Used merchandise and special orders are not returnable.
4. All returns must be approved and require a Return Authorization Number (RA#).

 Instructions For Returns:

1. Completely fill in the form below to receive a Return Authorization (RA#) BEFORE sending in your device for Return. Do not send back your product without a RA number!
2. We will email you within 24 hours with your Return Authorization Number (RA#).
3. You will then repackage the item making sure to clearly write the RA# on the outside of the package. You are responsible for any shipping charges sending the package back.

Amount of Refund:

You will receive a credit for the amount paid less a 15% restocking fee. 

Additional Information:

Once the item has been received and inspected, we will issue a refund in the amount of the item, less the amount stated above. Please allow up to 3-5 business days for us to process your return.  If the item returned does not meet the “new/unused condition” criteria, we will email you back stating our findings and you will have the opportunity to pay for shipping back to you.
